Noor Harazeen
Noor Harazeen, a well known Palestinian journalist and filmmaker with an established career expanding more than a decade for multiple networks including CGTN.
Noor gained prominence during her coverage of the onslaught on Gaza in the English language where she reported on the horrific scenes she saw firsthand. She continues to use her platform to promote the Palestinian cause, despite having to leave Gaza along with her family.

Noor is married with two twin five year old children and witnessed first hand the devastation caused. For her own safety as well as her husband and children, Noor had to leave and move several times from northern Gaza to central and then to southern Gaza. Struggling many times to find water or nutrition to sustain her family whilst under the siege of constant attacks.
Despite the constant fear of death, Noor continued to report what was happening on the ground so the world could see and hear what Palestinians like her were facing on a daily basis.
Noor’s courage and commitment is worthy of accolades and we’re grateful that she will be joining our lineup of speakers to share her story - ‘A Survivor’s Story’ - and the stories of those she speaks up for.
